Save money on your bus fares. The ORCA Lift program gives low-income people a 50% discount! You can transfer the value on your current ORCA card to an ORCA Lift card. Come to the PUB Welcome Desk to take care of the whole thing! Bring something that shows your low-income status like a Food card, DSHS award letter, or pay stub. Only on campus this Tues, April 4 and Thurs., April 6 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the PUB welcome desk.

The CKS Middle School comes together to put on a spectacular show every year –  the play is one hour and family friendly.

This year CKS presents “Once Upon a Mattress.”

The show is presented at the Shoreline Community College Main Campus Theater (bldg 1600).
Thursday March 30th 7 p.m.
Friday March 31st 7 p.m.
Saturday April 1st 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Cost is $10 online and at the door.

Congratulations on completing Winter Quarter! During Spring Break (the week of March 27), Tutoring Services will be open in 4228 (Library) with limited hours for students with questions or interest in filling out an application for tutoring:

Monday (3/27) – Thursday (3/30): 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Friday (3/31): Closed

Applications for the 2017/2018 Shoreline Community College Foundation’s Annual Scholarships are due Fri., March 31 – get your application in now!


Last year the Shoreline Community College Foundation gave away over $200,000 in student financial assistance. With over 43 Annual Scholarships and 17 Ongoing Scholarships; students can seek assistance for tuition, school fees, books and emergency needs.

The Annual Scholarships applications are available online. Applications must be completed and submitted through our online portal by Friday, March 31, 2017 by 11:59 p.m.

To setup an account on our scholarship site, current students will need to use their go.shoreline.edu email to create a login.

High School students applying for 2017/2018 scholarships will need to complete the free admissions form prior to setting up an account.

All information including references, essays, budget worksheets, and transcripts will need to be submitted with the online application.

Students will be notified of awards by May 2, 2017. Presentation of the scholarship awards will be held on May 10, 2017 at the college and must be attended by recipients of scholarships.
