Please join us on Wed., June 8 at 7:30 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church of Richmond Beach for the final Shoreline Community College Choir Concert of the year. The Chamber Chorale and Shoreline Singers will perform choral music from Austria, England, Syria, America, and more.
This will also be Dr. Fred Lokken’s farewell concert as Director of Choral Music at the college. After 18 years of teaching and conducting at Shoreline Community College, Fred is stepping down as choir director.
Alumni of the Chamber Chorale and Shoreline Singers have been invited to perform with the current choirs in two encore pieces under Dr. Lokken’s direction. Join the Shoreline Community College Chorale and Shoreline Singers for a night of great choral music to end fall quarter Thurs., Dec. 3 from 7:30-8:30 p.m. Directed by Dr. Fred Lokken, the choirs present a collection of classics from Handel, Mozart, and Eric Whitacre, plus madrigals to spirituals, and a serving of tasty holiday musical treats!

Thurs., June 4 from 7:30-8:30 join us for an evening of beautiful singing as the SCC Chamber Chorale and Shoreline Singers, directed by Fredrick Lokken, present “If Music Be the Food of Love.” The program includes wonderful choral music about love, adoration and community from around the world and from over four centuries.
