IMPORTANT- Winter Quarter Update: Temporary Email Support and Zoom Assistance

We’re excited to welcome so many of you to campus this week as Winter Quarter gets underway. At the same time, we want to share an important update.

Due to a local Microsoft outage, the college is still experiencing limited access to email and phone systems. While our teams work with Microsoft to fully restore services, we’ve put additional support options in place to help you this week.

Please note that ctcLink and Canvas are not impacted by the outage, so you should be able to register if need be, and begin your classes. 

Here’s how you can get help right now:

Zoom Room Student Support (Extended)
Based on positive feedback, we are continuing Zoom support through the end of the week, rather than ending it earlier as planned.

Temporary Student Support Email Addresses
We’ve also set up temporary Gmail accounts that staff are actively monitoring:
