Come learn about some of SCC’s active clubs as well as a variety of campus resources during in-person Club Fairs on Thurs. 10/20 from 11:30 am-1:30 pm and Weds. 11/2 from 3:00-5:00 pm in the PUB (9000) Main Dining Room. Promised Land is an award-winning 2016 documentary film about the ongoing struggle for federal recognition of the Chinook Indian Nation and the Duwamish Tribe.
The film examines a larger problem in the way that the government and society still look at tribal sovereignty.
It will be shown at the college theatre at Shoreline Community College, 16101 Greenwood Ave N, Shoreline WA 98133 on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 2pm

All current SCC students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in the college’s fall catalytic converter engraving event. With catalytic converter thefts on the rise, do your part by getting yours engraved for FREE! The event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 13 from 9am-2pm in the lower event parking lot (south of the 2000 bldg./VCT/Art bldg.). Spaces are limited, and cars will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
