Join the Library and Learning Resources division for a fun gaming event that will test your Sherlock Holmes-like mystery solving skills. But, be careful! You don’t want to be fooled by misinformation along way!
Everyone (students, staff, and faculty) is invited to this “escape room”-like game event in which teams of 4-6 players will solve puzzles, crack codes, and learn the truth about a mysterious new wonder drug called Euphorigen. Bring a few friends to make your own team, or show up solo to join a team and make friends. Everyone is welcome!
The game is designed to teach us all about the challenge of discerning factual information from various forms of misinformation, skills that will be especially helpful this election year.
The game will last for about 1 hour and we will reflect on the experience for a few minutes afterward. Light snacks provided.
