Update: Student Email Migration

TSS would like to provide an update regarding student accounts. All student email accounts have now been successfully migrated from Google to the Microsoft platform. During this process, usernames have remained the same; however, the email domain has changed from @go.shoreline.edu to @shoreline.edu.

As part of this transition, Multifactor Authentication (MFA)is now required for all accounts to help protect your information. Emails and files from your Google Drive were migrated to Microsoft Outlook and OneDrive, respectively. Please note that certain items, such as file link shortcuts or files with excessively long names may not have transferred due to compatibility issues.

If you believe some files did not migrate automatically, please contact the TSS department for assistance in recovering those items by Friday, January 23rd. You may also visit the support page for help.
