• Course description: Food is such an important part of everyone’s everyday lives. We want to celebrate the nutrition, health and well-being that it can provide. We are going to travel around the globe, exploring what foods have shown to be keeping people healthy, often for generations. Then we will experiment in our kitchens to include these great foods in our recipes, meals and lifestyles.
• Starts Monday, July 11 and runs for 6 weeks.
