ctcLink is a modern, web-based, mobile-friendly software system – and with it, you will be able to register for classes, pay tuition, handle financial aid among others, all online. Other college online systems like Canvas and email will not be changing.
On Monday, March 7 (as a current student) you will be asked to log in and set up your new ctcLink account. You will need to do this before you can register for Spring Quarter classes. Information about student IDs will be coming in the next few weeks. Additional updates will be provided via email, text, Canvas, and voicemail.
The spring quarter class schedule will be available on or around February 22nd. Registration for spring quarter opens March 16th.
February 14 through February 25th: Limited services available for students in Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and Cashiering. Find information about services here.
February 18th: Last day to process Winter quarter grade changes and enrollment transactions. If submitted after this date, each will be processed in mid-March. Request for Withdrawal (W) grades will be processed mid-March 2022.
February 21st: Holiday, campus is closed.
February 22nd: Spring quarter class schedule is available
March 7th: Activate your student ctcLink account
While we understand moving to a new system will limit services available to you temporarily, please be patient with us as we all learn to work with ctcLink together.

What’s staying the same?
Students, faculty and staff will continue to use Canvas.
Students can also continue using their go.shoreline.edunetwork account to login to Canvas.
You will still have full access to your coursework in Canvas.
Canvas will NOT be interrupted by our transition to ctcLink.
You will still log in to your student email the same as you always have, this is not changing!
You will still have access to Canvas, Office365, Starfish, and remote access to computer labs.
Monday, March 7, you will be asked to set up your new ctcLink account.
Spring quarter at Shoreline Community College begins on April 4th. Between February 14 – March 13 you can join us at one of the local events below to learn about our programs, ask questions, and get help completing your application on the spot!
