Students,

ctcLink is a modern, web-based, mobile-friendly software system – and with it, you will be able to register for classes, pay tuition, handle financial aid among others, all online.  Other college online systems like Canvas and email will not be changing.

On Monday, March 7 (as a current student) you will be asked to log in and set up your new ctcLink account. You will need to do this before you can register for Spring Quarter classes. Information about student IDs will be coming in the next few weeks. Additional updates will be provided via email, text, Canvas, and voicemail.

The spring quarter class schedule will be available on or around February 22nd.  Registration for spring quarter opens March 16th.

Key Dates and Timelines

(Click here to view all important dates)

  • February 14 through February 25th: Limited services available for students in Enrollment Services, Financial Aid, and Cashiering. Find information about services here.
  • February 18th: Last day to process Winter quarter grade changes and enrollment transactions. If submitted after this date, each will be processed in mid-March. Request for Withdrawal (W) grades will be processed mid-March 2022.
  • February 21st: Holiday, campus is closed.
  • February 22nd: Spring quarter class schedule is available
  • March 7th: Activate your student ctcLink account

While we understand moving to a new system will limit services available to you temporarily, please be patient with us as we all learn to work with ctcLink together.

Please continue to look for the important emails you receive about ctcLink and read them.

If you have questions, please visit the ctcLink Student Page or email support@shoreline.edu.

Hi Shoreline current students, have you tried to use Starfish to schedule an advising appointment yet?

Your advisor is here to help you make a plan to complete degree or certificate requirements, guide you on transferring to a four-year university, and/or connect you to resources for a successful college experience! If you need to schedule an appointment, watch the video below about how to do so via Starfish.
