Spoken Word SLAM POETRY with English 271 – PUB 9215 from 9:30-11:30 a.m.
Students perform their Spoken Word poetry as groups, duets, and individuals around issues of social injustice. Vote for your favorite performances!
Noble Savages: From the Medicine Man to Reality – PUB 9202 from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Attendees will view American Indians in their natural habitats. From the Rez to the City, who are American Indians? First Nations? Native Americans? What do you even call them? Hosted by Howie Echohawk of Shoreline’s First Nations student organization.
Ethiopian-Eritrean Student Association Cultural Showcase – PUB 9215 from 12:30-3 p.m.
Coffee Ceremony, food tasting, photo booth, dance & more!

SCC Pantry Food Drive PUB Lobby and multiple locations on campus
Help support SCC students who truly cannot otherwise afford or access a meal. We are accepting donations of non-perishable, easy open, individual servings of protein, fruit, snacks and beverages. The Pantry is administered by the Multicultural Center and Women’s Center.
Community Photo Project (CPP) PUB Lobby
Join us in creating a visual community collage that represents our various campus communities. Multiple backdrops and art supplies will be available all week to help with your creative expression! Take pictures and share as you would like, however, we will also collect some of these images to create a unique collage that will be displayed on Shoreline’s campus.
Solidarity Wall – PUB Lobby
Opportunity to stand in solidarity with students affected by recent campus defacements and to respond to those who perpetrated them. Hosted by the Student Diversity Coalition (SDC).
