New Campus Security Equipment: SOS/Officer in Distress Beacon

Dear Campus Community, You will be noticing (and some of you may have already noticed) a new device worn on the vests of uniformed Campus Security personnel. This device gives our uniformed personnel the ability to call for police assistance if they find themselves in a situation that makes calling 9-1-1 impossible. As changes are made within the department, we will continue to update the campus.
