Shoreline has begun the process of sunsetting the Early Childhood Education (ECE) program. As of spring quarter 2021, the ECE program will no longer accept any new students, however ECE courses will be offered in the spring, based on current student needs.
After spring 2021, students in the ECE program will be provided with options for completing their degrees and certificates. The College will make every effort to ensure they are able to complete their studies in the same amount of time, in the same modality (online), and for the same cost as originally planned.
If you are a student currently enrolled in the ECE program as of winter 2021, you will receive a more detailed email by February 15, in which you will be invited to work with an advisor to determine the next steps in your educational plan.
