Students will have the opportunity to combine cardiovascular and strength training techniques to develop a balanced fitness program in this class, designed to help you achieve the perfect routine.

This class offers a comprehensive introduction to mosaic techniques, guiding students through the process of creating their own unique mosaic pieces, whether it be a decorative wall hanging, coaster, candleholder or a vase for the garden. Through hands-on practice and expert guidance, participants will unleash their creativity and learn to transform ordinary materials into extraordinary works of art. Supplies included but students can also bring their own tiles upon approval of the instructor. 15+

Introduction to Excel offers you insight into how spreadsheets work and specifically how you enter and order data, apply formulas and functions to plan or track your business direction, build a home budget, maintain lists and chart historical data. Regardless of your technical level, you will build skills that serve you equally across work, home, or hobbies. Required: access to Microsoft Excel 2016 or higher for PC or Mac, Microsoft Excel 365, or the online free version of Excel. Printed materials will be provided.
