Dear Students,
I am saddened to share news of the death of Lars Gilmour, geology faculty in our Science Division. Lars passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 59.
We mourn the loss of a dear member of our community, a mentor, and a colleague. Lars also taught geology courses at South Seattle College and the University of Washington.
